Maa Abhaya Group is a rice mill in Burdwan, West Bengal, milling rice for Bengal's kitchens since 1998. We buy paddy from the Bardhaman farm belt, then clean, mill and grade it in our own plants. Every batch is checked for grain, cleanliness and cooking quality before it is packed.
What began as a single mill has grown into three production plants, a network of dealers and a name families ask for by choice. We still run the business the way we started it: close to the farmers, careful at the mill and straight with our buyers.
Our story starts in the paddy fields around Burdwan, one of Bengal's richest rice-growing regions. We work with local farmers season after season and buy paddy we can trust. Staying close to the source keeps our quality steady and supports the farming families who grow the rice we sell.
Kitchens, shops and markets have changed, and so have we. Over the years we have added modern milling and sorting machinery, cleaner packing and more pack sizes. Homes get rice that is ready to cook, and dealers get stock that is consistent, well packed and delivered on time.
